I wanted to change the header image on the wordpress page, so I selected a .tif file and tries to upload and crop it and save it but I got the message:
Enter problem number 1:
“Image could not be processed. Please go back and try again’
Answer number 1:
WordPress doesn’t like .tif file types
So I saved my image as a .jpg, but I got the same message
Answer number 2:
There is a max file size for the header – I’m not completey sure what that max size is, but I exported the image in various sizes and of various quality settings and found that a 57kb file worked while a 66kb file did not, so I’m guessing that it might be set at 60kb or 64kb.
So I have my new header, I’ve created a new post…what can stop me!
